Will brings expertise in marketing, branding, and athlete storytelling. He currently leads these areas for the Seattle Storm, and oversees all efforts to connect with fans through digital media, social platforms, video production, and live events—skills that mirror the kind of exposure and branding opportunities today’s student-athletes must consider in the NIL era.

Will has overseen high-profile campaigns, including the marketing around the Storm’s 2025 WNBA Draft pick and new mobile app. These projects highlight how athletes are introduced to the public, how their personal brands are elevated, and how digital platforms shape recruiting and sponsorship opportunities. His work demonstrates the importance of building a strong personal brand—something that families can encourage their student-athletes to think about early in their journey.

Before joining the Storm, Will held leadership roles at the University of Washington, the Big 12 Conference, and AT&T Entertainment Group, where he helped athletes and programs reach broader audiences through creative campaigns and national media coverage. A former college basketball player himself, Will understands firsthand the challenges of competing while preparing for life beyond the game. His career path shows how sports can open doors not only on the court but also through education, branding, and opportunities tied to NIL and recruiting.
